Description

You will lead quality engineering for Oracle OTL customizations and Redwood UI integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement OTL customizations within the Redwood UI to streamline timekeeping.
• Develop and execute test plans for Redwood UI elements within OTL.
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing to identify and document defects.
• Analyze OTL data to identify trends and optimize time entry workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve user experience.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle OTL.
• Experience with Redwood UI implementation and testing.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting.
• Ability to generate custom reports via Redwood UI.
• Strong OTL data analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in any field.
