Lead a team of quality engineers to accelerate delivery and drive quality throughout the application lifecycle.

Lead quality engineers through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration. Make key technical decisions for your immediate team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams. Develop and implement testing strategies to enhance quality processes. Mentor quality engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Analyze and optimize testing metrics to improve overall efficiency.

Required Skills

• Advanced functional proficiency in UKG Scheduling modules.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Scheduling.
• Experience with Test Assure or other automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proactive approach to issue escalation and communication.
• Ability to work both as a team player and an individual contributor.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Staffing, or Integrations.
• Knowledge of EZCall.
