Description

You will lead a team of quality engineers to deliver end-to-end testing strategies within a Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of quality engineers through planning and ecosystem integration.
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies by applying functional and business knowledge.
• Define and implement test execution and defect resolution processes.
• Establish and monitor key metrics to assess the testing process.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide solutions for your team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• 4 to 12 years of experience in quality engineering or testing leadership.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, principles, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with test execution and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to define and implement testing metrics.
• Experience managing team decisions and contributing to high-level technical decisions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with established quality processes and methodologies.
