Description

You will define and execute the technical strategy for test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automated test solutions for web, mobile, and API layers.
• Architect and implement programmatic quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate automated tests, code quality checks, and security scans into the CI/CD workflow.
• Manage, mentor, and coach team members to achieve operational results.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy and mitigate risks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation within a leadership role.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Expertise in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks using Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
