Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end quality engineering for enterprise software products.
• Define and execute test strategy, planning, automation, and release readiness.
• Develop AI-driven testing solutions for automation and defect analysis.
• Manage API testing, Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, and Java-based automation.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Validate system integrations, enterprise workflows, and data quality.
• Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Mentor QA engineers and establish testing best practices.

Experience Required:

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
• Strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, REST API Testing, and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and Agile QA practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and system validation.
• Experience with JIRA, Rally, TestRail, qTest, and defect management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
