Description

Lead end-to-end quality engineering for enterprise software products, defining test strategy, automation, and release readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategy, planning, and automation for enterprise applications.
• Develop AI-driven testing solutions for automation and defect analysis.
• Manage API, Playwright, Selenium, and TestNG-based Java automation frameworks.
• Integrate testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Mentor QA engineers, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous quality improvements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
• Strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, and REST API Testing.
• Proficiency in Java for building automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and Agile QA practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and system validation.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Rally, TestRail, qTest, and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring QA teams and establishing testing best practices.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
