Description

Lead test automation strategy and execution for software applications across Linux, AIX, and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated testing scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks aligned with DevOps practices.
• Translate manual test scenarios into automated coverage and manage defects in JIRA and qTest.
• Assess testability of functional requirements and define test strategies.
• Investigate and document production problems and their resolutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in automated test scripting for software applications.
• 5+ years of experience with Selenium, Java, JIRA, and qTest.
• Experience working in Linux, AIX, and Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of databases and data analysis.
• Proven ability to define test strategies, data setup, and defect reporting.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps testing and release management.
• Experience with Confluence and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience testing applications deployed to AWS cloud environments.
