Description

You will design automated testing frameworks for Azure data services and drive system reliability through SRE practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks for Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Pipelines.
• Collaborate with SRE teams to define SLIs/SLOs, monitor system health, and lead incident response and postmortem analysis.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and testing environments.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or SRE roles.
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and scripting for test automation and data validation.
• Experience with Java or Python-based automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SRE principles, including monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-native testing tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with retail data models, inventory systems, or customer analytics.
