Description

Lead the Quality Engineering team to ensure products and components meet design, reliability, and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct quality engineering activities and implement policies to meet business requirements.
• Oversee quality audits on various processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Establish crisis resolution procedures to maintain continuous product flow.
• Manage staff selection, performance development, and training to build team competency.
• Drive process improvements and best practices through technical and managerial decision-making.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Lead Auditor or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead, plan, and direct a Quality Engineering team.
• Strong engineering expertise with the ability to improve products via technical knowledge.
• Solid analytical skills and judgment to solve complex problems.
• Expertise in inspection processes.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or MBA.
