You will define and maintain quality governance, processes, and KPIs for the Business Data Cloud organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain quality processes, standards, and measurable KPIs for quality governance.
• Validate new features, patches, and hotfixes to confirm release and compliance readiness.
• Monitor quality dashboards, ensure KPI compliance, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Review incident investigations and confirm the accuracy of corrective actions through root-cause analysis.
• Partner with peers and cross-functional teams to refine shared practices for high-quality production deployment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience in software quality, release, or process assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and methodologies.
• Solid grasp of testing methodologies, defect management, and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks and governance processes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud software development and cloud-native principles.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated delivery tools.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or JMeter.
• Proficiency in OOP and Data Structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Data Cloud or similar enterprise data platforms.
