Description

You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System to ensure full compliance with automotive standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the QMS in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Plan and manage internal audits across all departments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare the facility for customer audits, third-party audits, and VDA 6.3 assessments.
• Lead the digitization of quality systems by transforming manual processes into automated, traceable workflows.
• Manage root cause investigations and ensure the timely closure of CAPAs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality management.
• Certified IATF 16949 Internal Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of VDA 6.3 process audit methodology.
• Expertise in QMS implementation and documentation control.
• Familiarity with automotive quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Deep understanding of quality standards specifically for automotive interior components.
• Mandatory proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to conduct quality training for cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience working with automotive interior components.
