Description

You will manage quality operations for the organization, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory body audits.
• Oversee inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and lead root cause investigations.
• Manage document control, calibration, and configuration management systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of quality management experience in the aerospace industry.
• Hands-on experience with non-conformance management and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management systems and processes.
• Experience with DOD compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) certification.
• Experience training and mentoring quality staff and production teams.
• Direct interface experience with customers and regulatory agencies.
