Description

You will own the QA strategy and execution for Manhattan Active WMS and its associated interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategy, quality benchmarks, and KPIs for all testing activities.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT across all WMS modules.
• Oversee testing of interfaces between WMS, CMS Worldlink, Autositorre, PackSize, SLAM, and Numina.
• Validate data flows across APIs and message queues, including WMS configurations and RF device workflows.
• Mentor QA analysts, assign tasks, and resolve defects tracked in JIRA with development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality management or QA leadership.
• Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Proficiency with JIRA for defect logging, tracking, and traceability.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation.
• Experience validating APIs and message queues.
• Experience with Katalon for test automation.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manhattan Active WMS environments.
• Knowledge of label printing logic and RF device workflows.
