Description

You own the quality assurance and validation of teller applications and transaction flows within branch banking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and perform functional and user acceptance testing for teller applications and transaction flows.
• Develop clear, concise test cases and data from specifications, and create automated test scripts.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and assist with root cause analysis leading to resolution.
• Design, plan, deploy, and perform system integration tests validating all business requirements.
• Assist in creating key status reports and tracking progress against workflow components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in quality assurance.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Working knowledge of testing tools, specifically JIRA.
• Ability to document, track, and retest defects.
• Experience performing manual testing and validating integrations with core banking systems.
• Understanding of banking practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in coordinating with business users and offshore testing teams.
