Lead test automation strategy and framework implementation to ensure software quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test automation strategies, including tool and framework selection.
• Write, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts aligned with software releases.
• Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to meet quality objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong experience with CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Scripting proficiency in Java or Python.
• Deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
