Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, and performance test plans for Mainframe, Web, and DB2-based applications.

Participate in all phases of the software testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate with onsite stakeholders, development teams, and offshore QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Identify, analyze, and communicate risks, defects, and quality concerns while providing recommendations for process improvements.

Apply Agile testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices to enhance testing efficiency and software reliability.

Support test management activities using tools such as JIRA and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and Test Management.

Strong experience in test strategy, test design, and execution for Mainframe, Web, and DB2-based applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

Proven expertise in stakeholder management, offshore team coordination, Agile methodologies, and exposure to Capital Markets/Custody domain; experience with Selenium, Python, and JIRA is a plus
