Lead software testing efforts and drive automation strategy as a senior subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute automation Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate new testing methodologies.
• Design and implement process improvements for the testing lifecycle.
• Perform backend testing using SQL queries to ensure data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end testing workflows using multiple automation tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing.
• 6+ years of experience in test automation.
• 2+ years of experience as a Test Automation Tooling Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium.
• Hands-on expertise with TOSCA.
• Hands-on expertise with UFT.
• Hands-on expertise with NeoLoad.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for backend testing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Test automation certifications.
