Lead the quality plant engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction, warranty results, and plant efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality plant engineering team within your assigned perimeter.
• Manage supplier quality and plant quality convergence.
• Direct product and process evolutions during serial life.
• Drive engineering teams to deliver product changes and launches on schedule.
• Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Proven experience in an Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant, or Project team.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-level meetings and shop floor interaction.
• Analytical skills for process and product management.
• Ability to work on-site 100% of the time with occasional travel to the U.S.
• Flexibility to work off-shift hours as necessary.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree.
• Green Belt certification.
• World Class Manufacturing experience.
