Description

You will lead quality governance and strategy across multiple in-house and third-party platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own quality governance and execute strategy aligned with business and IT goals.
• Oversee the full test lifecycle, including planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
• Lead implementation and optimization of automation frameworks.
• Direct distributed QA teams and vendors while tracking quality metrics and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting product quality and delivery timelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA/Test Management.
• 3+ years of experience in a program management role.
• Mandatory experience managing large-scale banking or financial domain projects.
• Expertise in Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Deep understanding of functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability in vendor coordination, budget tracking, and program-level reporting.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certification.
• Experience leading hybrid onshore-offshore delivery teams.
