Own quality review processes and data reporting within the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality review tasks throughout the SDLC.
• Build and maintain data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
• Manage workflows and documentation within ServiceNow.
• Query databases using SQL to support quality audits and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality review or similar roles.
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Experience using ServiceNow for workflow management.
• Working knowledge of the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
