You will manage quality compliance and data analysis within a pharmaceutical or supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Review large datasets using Excel to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize technical application systems to manage quality and supply chain data.
• Communicate technical findings and updates to internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
• Collaborate with various organizational levels to influence compliance outcomes.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines within a regulated environment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supply chain management, or regulatory affairs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large-scale data review.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tracelink, TPS, Cognos, Smartsheet, or XML.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.
