Description

You will own hardware product development testing and quality assurance for wireless RF systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware testing using microwave and measurement equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and wireless sniffers.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python, C++, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for test validation.
• Analyze wireless architectures covering radio front ends, antennas, amplifiers, and RF components across 450–7125 MHz.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on radio compliance, hardware design, and global certification processes.
• Perform component rework, including 0402 SMT, and manipulate ECAD/MCAD files for design verification.

Required Skills

• BSEE degree with 5+ years of experience in hardware product development.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, or LabVIEW for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with RF measurement instruments and wireless traffic generators.
• Knowledge of wireless technologies including WLAN, BT/BLE, and WPAN.
• Familiarity with digital/analog electronics and product development lifecycles.
• Ability to interpret schematic and layout tools such as Cadence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with simulation tools like ADS, CST, or HFSS.
• Knowledge of LTE, 5G FR1, and wireless networking path loss models.
