You will manage QA productivity and effectiveness within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transaction auditing and JMS sessions for quality representatives.
• Manage team motivation and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Perform risk analysis to meet stakeholder and department requirements.
• Execute trend and cause analysis to improve quality outcomes.
• Create reports using various tools and applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• Background in healthcare.
• Deep knowledge of quality metrics, including measurements and thresholds.
• Understanding of critical and non-critical transaction errors.
• Proficiency in investigative and business writing.
• Experience with statistical tools and approaches for trend and cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
