Description

You will design, configure, and support Enterprise Digital Manufacturing Systems, specifically focusing on Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Design and configure ETQ Reliance to support digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 strategies.
• Gather, define, and develop complex manufacturing applications through direct customer interaction.
• Manage data migration from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Provide technical documentation and troubleshooting for IT systems and data interfaces.
• Promote standardization across divisions by implementing industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of application developer experience focusing on system configuration and customization.
• 2 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming using .NET and Python.
• Experience with SQL scripting and relational databases, specifically SQL Server.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work independently to design, test, and troubleshoot quality system requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETQ Reliance configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of quality processes such as Document Control, Change Management, Audit, and CAPA.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, MuleSoft, Apache Tomcat, or FDA validation.
• Basic project management and server management experience.
