Description

You will act as the subject matter expert for Quality Assurance computer systems and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and provide guidance on new automated systems through collaboration with internal clients.
• Develop business cases and evaluate process improvements using cost-benefit analysis to support strategic roadmaps.
• Serve as the technical liaison between clients and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Draft technical documentation, test protocols, and procedures for assigned systems.
• Provide application support for validated applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience working with quality systems in an IT or QA function.
• Proficiency in using electronic Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Practical knowledge and application of cGMPs regarding quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Understanding of industry standards and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Working knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT project management methodologies.
