Description

You will support the Boeing Global Services organization through quality assurance, compliance auditing, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware, software, and services based on contract, regulatory, and customer requirements.
• Maintain quality directives, policies, and metrics to ensure compliance with international standards and working agreements.
• Collect and verify data to identify root causes of routine problems and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct hardware, software, and system-level audits to verify compliance with quality management systems and configuration assurance.
• Document audit results and provide recommendations for material review disposition.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Structures mechanic or technician performing repairs or new builds during O-Level or Depot maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience with U.S. Navy or USMC aviation logistics, maintenance, and acquisition practices.
• Experience with 4790.2 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
• 5+ years of experience maintaining F/A-18E/F and EA-18G Aircraft Logs and Records Books in accordance with 4790.2.
• 5+ years of experience with COMNAVAIRINST 4790.2 Series quality assurance programs, including FOD and Tool Control.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience with F/A-18 QAS, Full Systems QAR, CDQAR, or CDI.
• Experience with MPA or CNAL audits.
• Experience with RCCA, CARs, PQDRs, EIs, or Maintenance Mishap Incident Investigations.
