This role acts as the technical liaison between business analysis, engineering, and development.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business analyst, engineering, and development teams.
• Analyze codebase, scope, and design changes across multiple systems.
• Document technical requirements, workflows, and enhancements.
• Translate high-level requirements into actionable technical work.
• Support production releases/changes and handle incident/defect triage.
