Description

Lead quality assurance efforts and manage the full test life cycle across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the test life cycle, including requirement gathering, feasibility studies, test case creation, script development, execution, and maintenance.
• Develop and present test strategies, execution metrics, and KPI reports to directors and senior management.
• Guide team members in writing test cases based on application walkthroughs.
• Perform in-depth analysis of existing projects to establish separate test suites for QA and production environments.
• Integrate test automation scripts with Azure DevOps and Azure Test Plans.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Proven experience communicating test strategies and metrics to stakeholders at the Director level and above.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure Test Plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• USC status required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Louisville, KY.
• Willingness to undergo the EQUIP certification process and provide necessary documentation.
