You will oversee quality standards and testing processes for industrial products and systems. You own the development of inspection methods and the supervision of quality evaluation programs.

Responsibilities

• Research and test product design, functionality, and maintenance to define quality standards.
• Review and approve sampling procedures and instructions for recording quality data.
• Supervise programs evaluating the precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment.
• Develop standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of industrial processes.
• Direct teams in measuring products, tabulating data, and reporting material quality.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of professional experience in quality engineering or testing.
• Expert ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Proficiency with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to provide constructive performance feedback.
