Description

You will own end-to-end quality assurance for assigned applications, combining manual verification with automation efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Perform manual functional, regression, system, and integration testing.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects using standard defect management tools.
• Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders to clarify requirements and report status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium with Java for automation testing.
• Experience with API testing using Rest Assured and PyTest.
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
• JLPT N2 certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to write clear, concise test reports.
