Description

You will execute end-to-end system testing and manage the defect lifecycle for healthcare and human services systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and reusable test scripts based on functional requirements.
• Perform requirements verification, functional, security, regression, positive/negative, and ADA testing.
• Conduct defect triage and remediation meetings, providing root cause analysis and tracking issues to resolution.
• Analyze test results to make technical recommendations and document findings in Test Summary Reports.
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and scope reviews with business analysts and subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in manual testing of healthcare or human services systems.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium automation frameworks.
• Expertise in backend testing, including writing complex SQL queries, subqueries, and joins.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle databases.
• Experience using Jira for defect tracking and management.
• Experience with IBM Test Manager, Client Load Runner, Client QTP, and Client Quality Center.
• Experience with IBM ClearQuest and MS Office software.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
