Description

You will build, manage, and maintain platforms and projects using the Qualtrics ecosystem, including survey construction, connector development, and data analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage surveys and projects within the Qualtrics platform.
• Develop and maintain SFTP and API connectors.
• Manage platforms and execute projects using Qualtrics tools.
• Analyze sentiment data and perform keyword searches on large datasets.
• Present status updates during stand-ups for various listening programs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional working experience.
• Experience with HTML scripting.
• Proven track record building SFTP and API connectors.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics language processes and conversational processes.
• Experience building and managing language models.
• Ability to analyze sentiment data on large datasets.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Qualtrics platform administration and project management.
