You analyze healthcare data to inform data-driven decisions for life science companies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of initial queries and feasibility requests.
• Determine if life science company questions align with available real-world data.
• Present and communicate analytical findings to internal partners to support decision-making.
• Develop programming logic based on clinical investigation questions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, outcomes, complex data).
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Proven expertise coding and analyzing healthcare datasets to generate metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to subset large clinical databases based on specific criteria.
• Expertise with cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Experience with Databricks and Git-based workflows.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to translate requests into aggregate metrics.

• Contribution to methodological standards and scientific rigor.
