Description

Manage model documentation and validation processes within a risk and compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Document existing models within a centralized model inventory.
• Assist the director in formulating departmental policies and processes.
• Monitor model testing and validation cycles to ensure continuous compliance.
• Perform validations on existing models and oversee the outsourcing of specific models.
• Execute validation and internal controls for the operational risk program.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in a risk or compliance role, or front office model testing and execution.
• Direct experience with model validations or benchmarking.
• Practical experience testing models and managing risk programs.
• Degree in mathematics, economics, or statistics.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in quantitative science or a related field.
