Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, build, and maintain internal operational tools such as the WFO Support Portal.

Develop dynamic dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau/SQL to track key operational metrics.

Automate repetitive workflows and reporting processes using Python and scripting tools.

Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and improve tools based on feedback.

Ensure efficient ticket routing, data accuracy, and seamless user experience within developed tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or analytics engineering roles.

Strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python with proven experience in building dashboards and data pipelines.

Demonstrated experience developing internal tools or automating workflows using Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms
