Description

You will design, build, and maintain internal operational tools like the WFO Support Portal, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and SQL to track key operational metrics.
• Automate repetitive workflows and reporting processes using Python and scripting tools.
• Ensure efficient ticket routing, data accuracy, and seamless user experience within developed tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and improve tools based on feedback.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and internal tools using Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or analytics engineering.
• Strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience developing internal tools or automating workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with low-code platforms for rapid tool development.
• Background in operational support or workflow optimization.
