You will build, deploy, and support algorithmic trading strategies, analytical tools, and scalable trading engine infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance trading strategies and engines using Core Java.
• Manage the full system development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Generate and analyze trading signals in high-volume, low-latency environments.
• Improve technical and execution performance of trading systems.
• Collaborate with global trading, quant, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java Streams.
• Experience with Git and JUnit.
• Solid Linux fundamentals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-designed solutions.
• Strong logical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication for global team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reactive or functional programming.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol or interest in automated market making.
• Experience with low-latency messaging middleware and pub/sub technologies.
