Description

Manage and support the Quantum FIS Treasury system to ensure seamless financial operations and data integrity. You will own the daily health of the platform, resolving production issues and maintaining accurate data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Quantum processes daily to ensure correct file transmissions to and from the system.
• Resolve production issues in Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Foreign Exchange, I/C loans, Money Market, and Investments.
• Collaborate with internal IT and Quantum support to fix bank file issues, data transmissions, and market rate retrieval.
• Maintain transaction mapping rules to ensure accurate categorization of daily bank statement activity.
• Build Crystal Reports for Treasury Operations and develop updated user guides for global teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of recent, direct experience working with Quantum FIS Treasury.
• Proficiency in Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation modules.
• Experience managing Foreign Exchange, I/C loans, Money Market, and Investment workflows.
• Ability to resolve accounting-related issues in collaboration with accounting teams.
• Technical experience with Crystal Reports.
• Strong understanding of static data maintenance and configuration defaults.
• Experience managing data transmissions between Quantum and external banking systems.
