Description

Build and implement R-based data analysis tools and frameworks for clinical trial data processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design R-based frameworks to compute advanced graphs, tables, and listings.
• Extend R Shiny modular frameworks for interactive and reproducible data exploration.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define requirements and meet stakeholder needs.
• Help define development and automation workflows within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of R, including package development and the R ecosystem.
• Proficiency in R Shiny for building interactive frameworks.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Experience with statistical analysis methods including survival analysis, generalized linear models, and ANCOVA.
• Background in Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting technical work to customers, technical colleagues, and management.
