Description

Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF circuit boards for RAN equipment at the component level.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot RF circuit boards to the component level using schematics.
• Collaborate with the Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team and technicians.
• Use network analyzers to gather RF data for product development reports.
• Operate PIM test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes.
• Train and assist other technicians on repair processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RF technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of RF principles, VSWR, ACLR, and feedback circuits.
• Proficiency with signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Advanced soldering and de-soldering skills.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuit componentry and theory.
• Ability to maintain quality performance levels and an organized workstation.
• Any graduate degree.
