Description

Develop and maintain software for the execution environment across all product development phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ensure the quality of the build system.
• Integrate and troubleshoot Linux user and kernel space components.
• Drive product improvements and participate in predevelopment projects from opportunity analysis to implementation.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to resolve complex system requirements and technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and act as a technical interface for partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience in a Linux environment.
• Proficiency in C programming.
• Strong scripting skills using Python and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Yocto build systems.
• Experience with software integration, verification, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of CPU architectures.
• Proficiency with Linux development tools including git, GNU Make, gcc, and gdb.
• Experience working with CI/CD workflows using Jenkins.
• Ability to work within Lean and Agile methodologies.
