Description

Design, configure, and automate workflows and data synchronization between Rally and Jira.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts to extract, transform, and report data across enterprise systems like PPM tools and ServiceNow.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the Rally platform.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Rally–Jira integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new business units and squads onto Rally.
• Optimize integration pipelines to improve efficiency and data consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and programmatic integration across enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data handling.
• Hands-on experience with Rally, Jira, and ConnectALL for workflow automation.
• Strong working knowledge of JSON and other data exchange formats.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Atlassian Jira environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to AI tools and platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
