Description

You will own the design, configuration, and automation of data synchronization and workflows between Rally and Jira.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Python scripts to extract, transform, and report data across enterprise systems including PPM tools and ServiceNow.
• Develop and manage RESTful API integrations to ensure high availability and performance of the Rally platform.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Rally–Jira integrations and data consistency.
• Optimize integration pipelines and automate workflows using platforms like ConnectALL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new business units and squads onto Rally.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Python scripting for automation and data handling.
• Strong proficiency with RESTful APIs and programmatic integration across enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Rally, Jira, and ConnectALL for workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Atlassian Jira environments.
• Proficiency in working with JSON and other data exchange formats.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to AI tools and platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
