Description

Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure and RAN application deployments across distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for network connectivity issues and drive prevention tasks.
• Manage large-scale migrations from data centers to cloud infrastructure using DevOps scripting.
• Deploy RAN applications (CU, DU) as VNF or CNF within Kubernetes environments.
• Coordinate with Tier II and Tier III teams to escalate and resolve critical service-impacting events.
• Own the end-to-end process for visibility, resolution, and reporting of chronic risk exception issues.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in performance management and infrastructure architecture.
• Extensive experience with cloud-native orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven track record implementing AWS services: EC2, ELB, T-GW, RDS, Prefix List, Route53, and S3.
• Proficiency in DevOps scripting using Python, shell, Ruby, or PowerShell.
• Strong Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in virtualized environments.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as CloudFormation, Chef, or Puppet.
• Practical knowledge of GitHub workflows including repositories, branches, commits, and pull requests.
• Ability to work with JSON and YAML for infrastructure automation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of O-RAN, C-RAN, or RAN architecture and interfaces.
• Experience troubleshooting 4G, 5G, VoLTE, or VoNR.
• AWS Networking certification.
