Description

You will develop and optimize 4G/5G RAN software components, focusing on L1/L2 protocol implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain L1/L2 protocols for 4G/5G RAN environments.
• Develop and optimize RAN software components using C/C++.
• Manage code via Git and Gerrit while tracking tasks in Jira.
• Utilize Linux environments for development and testing.
• Collaborate using Agile and Lean methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3 to 15 years of experience in Telecom.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++.
• Hands-on experience with 4G/5G RAN development.
• Deep knowledge of L1/L2 protocols.
• Solid experience working in Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Git, Gerrit, and Jira.
• Experience working within Agile and Lean frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Cloud-Native development and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Spinnaker.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts.
• Programming knowledge in Java, Perl, XML, or Python for simulator implementation.
