Description

You will develop AI-driven mobility management solutions to optimize RAN performance, including handover, load balancing, and network slicing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI models, such as LLMs and GANs, to simulate network behavior and automate decision-making.
• Analyze large-scale network data using Python and SQL to derive actionable insights.
• Optimize RAN performance metrics including latency, throughput, and QoS using AI/ML techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production networks.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences or journals and contribute to patent filings.

Required Skills

• PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RAN mobility management, including 5G/6G handover, beamforming, and UE tracking.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, including LLMs, diffusion models, or reinforcement learning for networks.
• Advanced Python programming with experience in ML frameworks and data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills including query optimization.
• Familiarity with telecom protocols, 3GPP standards, O-RAN, and SDN/NFV.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.

Preferred Skills

• Strong publication record or patents in AI and wireless networks.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP for AI model deployment.
