Description

You will optimize 5G network performance and end-user experience through deep technical analysis and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor RAN KPIs for service performance, network health, capacity, and operational efficiency.
• Develop real-time KPI dashboards and perform root cause analysis for network issues.
• Troubleshoot 5G networks, focusing on cloud-based ORAN interfaces and E2E signaling protocols using vendor logs and probing systems.
• Collaborate with RF, RAN, and Core engineering teams to propose tuning actions and architectural changes.
• Apply Big Data Analytics using Python, R, and Tableau to implement AI/ML for anomaly detection and zero-touch network management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in RAN performance management and optimization.
• Deep understanding of 5G ORAN standards, virtualization, containerization, and cloud-native principles.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Knowledge of cloud-based orchestration, edge computing, VNFs, CNFs, and SDN.
• Expertise in E2E call flows for voice and data, and VoIP network architecture.
• Experience with NMS/EMS/OSS/BSS operations and traffic engineering.
• Familiarity with telecom standards including TM, ETSI, and 3GPP.
• Strong programming and data analytics skills for operational modeling.
