Description

You will optimize and enhance Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure performance with a focus on O-RAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance metrics to ensure network quality and user experience.
• Implement O-RAN architectures and solutions, ensuring integration with existing network infrastructure.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and develop action plans to resolve them.
• Perform data analysis to enhance network planning and capacity management.
• Lead initiatives to evaluate and deploy new RAN technologies, focusing on automation and efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting of RAN-related incidents and provide guidance to field engineers.
• Develop and maintain documentation for RAN performance, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in RAN performance management and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of O-RAN architecture, including Open fronthaul, Open RAN interfaces, and orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in network performance monitoring tools and data analysis software.
• Experience with network configuration management and fault management systems.
• Familiarity with mobile communication standards, specifically LTE and 5G NR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with RAN infrastructure and configurations.
