You lead the Root Cause Analysis process for all SRE incidents, driving investigations, corrective actions, and system improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the RCA process for all SRE incidents to ensure thorough investigation.
• Facilitate RCA workshops and guide teams through structured analysis to identify root causes.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly to implement corrective and preventative measures.
• Analyze incident data trends to improve system design, monitoring, and automation.
• Develop RCA best practices and mentor SRE engineers on effective techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in incident management or related roles.
• Proven ability in System Design.
• Experience with Monitoring implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Automation.
• Ability to track and report on incident management and RCA effectiveness metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with security and product teams.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
