Description

You will design, implement, and maintain software modules and sub-systems while supporting releases and resolving technical issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document software modules and sub-systems.
• Perform bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products.
• Research and solve technical problems identified by QA or product support.
• Apply software development best practices throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with a geographically distributed team under development management supervision.

Required Skills

• BS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, Perl, or PowerShell.
• Technical experience with object-oriented design (OOD).
• Experience working within Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of software tools and design methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps for source code and build management.
• Familiarity with High Performance Computing (HPC) clusters.
